This website is the marketing and trade site for Sanigone products. Retail orders are completed via Amazon, subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions. Trade orders are placed directly through this website via our trade portal, and are governed by these terms.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers.

Trade orders: dispatch, amendments and cancellations

We endeavour to dispatch trade orders the same day they are placed. For this reason, if you wish to amend or cancel your order you must do so within one hour of placing it — you can cancel from your order page in the trade portal for a full automatic refund, and to amend, cancel and place a new order within the same window. After one hour your order may already have been dispatched and can no longer be cancelled or amended, though you can contact us and we will help where we can.
